Enjoying my new birth and confinement..

i have just delivered my 1st baby about 1 month ago..

and now i am enjoying my confinement moment which gonna end soon..time flies so fast after all huh!..not to mention the fact that i only get 60 days leave not 90 days..=(

talking bout 1st delivery..mine has to undergo cesarean..which is quite scary for me after knowing tat at first..but after experience it myself i think its still bearable..only when bius is still there..after tat sakit giler....huhu..

but what make this situation worse is that i got rashes all over my body 2 weeks after the operation..the doc said its due to the allergic of drug..which is bius during my operation time...its itchy like hell..urgh..kind of phobia wif bius thingy already..

hmm..since i've been operated during delivery..i can't go for normal pantang like any other normal-delivery mother did..i mean urut, bertungku and bekung..

actually i still did all tat..juz a lil bit late after my confinement start..

my way of pantang..

berurut...after 30 days

start using bengkung...after 3 weeks

start bertungku...after 3 weeks (only lower part of body..)

meals...ikan haruan (a must!),rice, bread, crackers,milo...
